Hard Pressed Workouts stresses the use of controlled lifting speeds and strict form in a time-intensive program. Every workout is full-body with the emphasis on high level of effort. We train this way safely by using a combination of free-weight and bodyweight exercises in conjunction with state-of-the-art machines. There is no jerking, bouncing, or yanking; every contraction is done under control and “with purpose”.
