Just a friendly reminder that there are some stipulations on the Gilt City Vouchers. Namely, the following:

  • Only one session can be scheduled at a time
  • Redeem by: Saturday, May 25, 2013
  • 4 Workout Voucher: First session must be initiated by May 25, 2013; remaining three sessions must be redeemed within one month from first session (4 Workout Voucher)
  • 8 Workout Voucher: First session must be initiated by May 25, 2013; remaining seven sessions must be redeemed within two months from first session
  • Not valid until March 7, 2013
  • New clients only
  • Offer is final sale and non-refundable
  • Offer is subject to normal availability; please call in advance of desired dates
  • Offer is nontransferable
  • Limit one per member; one package may be purchased as a gift
  • 24-hour cancellation policy is required or voucher will be forfeited
  • Promotional value expires on May 25, 2013; purchase value is valid for a minimum of five years, longer where provided by law; details will be displayed on your voucher

If at any point you decide to purchase Workouts with us at our regular pricing, you will be allowed to schedule out 30 days via our online scheduling. Moreover, for every 12 Workouts you purchase, we’ll schedule out for 90 days 1 workout per week with the trainer of your choice, at the time of your choice (subject to availability). So, if you purchase 24 Workouts, we’ll schedule 2 per week for 90 days, etc.

If you’ve found our site from Gilt Chicago, welcome to Hard Pressed! Whether or not you’ve worked out with a Personal Trainer, check out this short list we’ve put together to illustrate what we do, how we do it, why we do it the way we do, and what you can expect when you come in to train.

What we do at Hard Pressed is fairly simple: Progressively overload your muscles in the safest way possible, and do it in the most efficient way possible. Make sure you train your whole body (Neck and Grip training!), and get on with your day. Every thing we do is 30 minutes, and yes we have a client list full of folks who didn’t believe that possible when they first came in.

Give us 30 minutes and we’ll show you how we do it. (You’ll understand by minute #5.)

That’s why our equipment – as well as Dan, Ron, Chad, and Nik – is Hard Pressed’s competitive advantage. We have enough tools and toys to train every client hard regardless of age, previous injuries, or mobility issues. And if you’re a “normal,” healthy adult, we’ve definitely got you covered.

After you’ve purchased the Gilt deal, either give us a call @ 312-285-3385 or use our online scheduling system to schedule your first “Gilt Session.” Please schedule 1 session at a time. Moreover, the Gilt City deal cannot be combined with any other offer.

When you come in for you first session, please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you can change and fill out our Liability Waiver before you meet with your trainer. Because we need to discuss with each new client health history, injuries, goals, etc., expect to spend ~20 minutes of your first session actually training. Beyond that, expect to be working your butt off for 30 minutes every time you come in to Hard Pressed.

The fine print:

  • 4 Workout Gilt Vouchers must be completed in 30 days from your first appointment. 
  • 8 Workout Vouchers must be completed in 60 days. 
  • We do not combine special offers. 
  • You may only schedule 1 Workout at a time. 
  • Valid for new clients only. 
  • One voucher per customer.

At Hard Pressed, the Workout sells itself. As Strength Coaches/Personal Trainers, we facilitate you working as hard as you can (plus a little extra), as safely and efficiently as possible. But it’s your workout, and we want you to have a complete understanding of how Hard Pressed will fit into your life.

That’s why – for new clients only! – we’re offering:

The first 8 Workouts  for $199* or 25% off* your first package.

When you schedule your first session online, book a “8 for $199″ Workout with the trainer of your choice.

Of course there are restrictions:

  • New Clients Only. If you’ve ever trained at Hard Pressed you are not eligible for this deal.
  • Sessions expire 30 days from the date of your first scheduled appointment (That’s only twice per week to get all 8 in!)
