Ball So Hard

We are long overdue to post some training videos. So why not start with my favorite client, me.

Pay attention to the effort I am giving, the speed of my reps, and the form.

You will see it is normal that form breaks when I fatigue, but my effort remains. I start to grunt, and shift around but I am always trying to do what Ron is telling me.

Watch the entire video. The end is pretty funny. Chad put together a montage of grunts and weird noises for your enjoyment.
